Our products are for all skin types, whether mature or young, oily or dry. We create high quality and pure elixirs that allow everyone to show off their naturally perfect skin. Serums are for all skin types, and we offer you a Cleansing Oil specifically for each skin type: dry, balanced or oily.
Are your Serums for all skin types?
Yeah! Our Serums are formulated for all skin types, and the results are reflected in the skin according to the needs of each person.If I suffer from a medical skin condition such as Eczema, Psoriasis, among others, can I use Gaium products?
Our products are all of natural origin and the skin assimilates them very well. There are scientific studies that confirm the improvement of these conditions with the continued use of the essential oils and carriers that we use in our formulations. However, it is always better to review the case with your GP; and also always do allergy tests on the forearm for 24 hours.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Our products are generally hypoallergenic as they do not contain irritating synthetic ingredients. However, allergies vary from person to person and unfortunately we cannot confirm "that they will not cause allergies" in anyone, as anyone could be allergic to any type of plant. However, we include a complete ingredient list with each product, both on the website and on the product label.
We suggest you review these to make sure our products don't have something you are allergic to. It is also recommended that before using any product new to you, you perform a test patch. Apply a small amount near where you want to apply the product (such as behind the ear). If you experience redness, irritation, or discomfort within the next 24 hours, you should immediately and thoroughly wash the test area and do not use that product.
Can your products be used during pregnancy or lactation?
All our products are made 100% based on natural oils extracted from plants. So they are generally safe, even during pregnancy or lactation. However, we recommend that you review all the ingredients with your doctor to verify your specific case.
How should I keep my products?
We recommend that you keep your products in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. It is essential to always have clean hands when you go to handle your products, and make sure that the dispensers never come into direct contact with your skin.
How long will my products be good for?
The carrier oils that we use are very stable and since there is no presence of water, the useful life of our products is usually one year under the correct storage and use conditions.
How long will a product last me following its recommendations for use?
Our Serums, using them once a day, can give you a performance of approximately 3 months. Employing them twice a day, month and a half.The cleansing oil, whose suggested use is once a day, can give you a performance of between 4 and 5 months.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the product and your goal. Some people see results, such as smoother, more hydrated skin, in just a few days. However, clinical trial data shows that our skin has an adaptation period to the products of approximately 6 weeks, and that permanent results after continuous use of the products are visible after 12 continuous weeks of use.
Will the oil based products make my skin oily?
Scientifically speaking, botanical oils closely resemble human skin in terms of their physical and chemical composition. This means that the formulations are easily absorbed by the skin. When you think about it, your body naturally produces oil to moisturize your skin. In fact, using oils instead of strongly astringent products like alcohol-based toners or chemical agents like salicylic acid is much better for your skin in the long run. Using facial oils helps to hydrate your skin with a substance it recognizes, and over time you will find that your skin's oil production will begin to regulate itself. However, it is important to say that not all oils are the same, so oils with a high comedogenic degree can be harmful to your skin (Ie Coconut Oil).
Are your products comedogenic?
The term "comedogenic" represents is the ability of an ingredient to clog pores. It is classified from 0 to 5. It is considered safe for all skin types up to a grade two, and for normal to dry skin a grade three, and only for very damaged and dry skin a grade four while it recovers. A grade five is only recommended for the body, but never for the face.0 - Does not clog pores

None of our products contain ingredients that exceed a comedogenic grade 2, so the risk of pore clogging is extremely low.
